2. Name the impact, not just the trait.
"You're funny" is fine. "Your texts always come in exactly when I need them" tells someone they're making a difference in your life. That difference is the actual gift.
3. Don't over-explain.
The strongest Glazes are short and specific. If you're past three sentences, you're heading into yapping territory. Trim it.
4. Sincerity > cleverness.
