1. Acceptance

By creating an account on GlazeTrain, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GlazeTrain. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GlazeTrain only for its intended purpose: sending positive, encouraging messages to other users. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. You will not use GlazeTrain to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any person.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the Glazes you create. By posting content on GlazeTrain, you grant NorseHorse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app.

6. AI Moderation

You consent to your Glaze content being processed by AI services for the purpose of content moderation. Only the text of your Glaze is processed; no personal information is included.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Sending insults, backhanded compliments, or sarcasm intended to harm
Hate speech, threats, or discriminatory content
Spam, unsolicited promotions, or commercial content
Impersonating another person
Attempting to circumvent content filters
Creating multiple accounts to evade bans

8. Termination

NorseHorse may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account.

9. Disclaimers

GlazeTrain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NorseHorse does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorseHorse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Alabama.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes and asked to accept the updated Terms.
