Community Guidelines

GlazeTrain is a platform built for positivity. Every interaction should leave someone feeling better than before. These guidelines help keep our community a safe, uplifting space for everyone.
What Makes a Great Glaze
- Be specific: "Your presentation today was incredible — you really nailed the Q&A section" is better than "nice job"
- Be genuine: Mean what you say
- Be creative: The more unique and personal your compliment, the higher your Hype Level score
Examples of Great Glazes
"Your sense of humor always makes my day better"
"The way you helped that new team member was really inspiring"
"Your photography skills are seriously next level"
Content That Is Not Allowed
- Insults or put-downs, even if disguised as compliments
- Backhanded compliments ("You look good for your age")
- Sarcasm intended to mock or belittle
- Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
- Threats of any kind
- Sexual or sexually suggestive content
- Spam or repetitive messages
- Advertising or commercial promotions
- Impersonating another person
- Content that promotes self-harm or violence
Anonymous Glazes
The same rules apply to anonymous Glazes. All anonymous Glazes are reviewed by our AI moderation system before delivery. Misusing anonymity to send hurtful content will result in account action.
Reporting and Blocking
- Tap the flag icon on any Glaze to report it
- Reports are reviewed within 24 hours
- Tap Block on any profile to prevent all interaction with that user
- Blocked users cannot see your profile or send you Glazes
Enforcement
We use a progressive enforcement model:
- First violation: Warning
- Second violation: 24-hour suspension
- Third violation: 7-day suspension
- Continued violations: Permanent ban
Severe violations (threats, hate speech, harassment) may result in immediate permanent ban without prior warnings.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact support@glazetrain.com with your username and a description of the situation. Appeals are reviewed within 48 hours.
Remember: GlazeTrain exists to make people feel good. When in doubt, ask yourself: "Would this brighten someone's day?" If the answer is yes, send it!
