Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Glaze? +
A Glaze is a compliment you send to someone on GlazeTrain. Every Glaze is checked to make sure it's genuinely positive before it's delivered.
Can I send anonymous Glazes? +
Yes! You can toggle anonymous mode when sending a Glaze. The recipient won't know who sent it. All anonymous Glazes go through content checks before delivery. Recipients can disable receiving anonymous Glazes in their Privacy Settings.
Why was my Glaze rejected? +
Glazes are checked to ensure they're genuinely positive compliments. If your Glaze was rejected, it may have contained negativity, sarcasm, or backhanded elements. Try being more specific and sincere! If you believe it was rejected in error, you can request a manual review after multiple rejections.
What are Glaze Trains? +
A Glaze Train is a collaborative event where multiple people send Glazes to the same person within 24 hours. When 3 or more unique participants contribute, the train completes and everyone earns bonus Glaze Score.
What are Glaze Battles? +
A Glaze Battle is a friendly competition where two people each write a compliment about a third person. The community votes on who wrote the better Glaze over 24 hours. The winner earns bonus Glaze Score.
How do tiers work? +
You earn Glaze Score by sending and receiving Glazes, maintaining streaks, completing prompts, and winning battles. As your score grows, you climb through 5 tiers: Spark (0-49), Flame (50-149), Bonfire (150-499), Inferno (500-999), and Supernova (1000+).
How do I report someone? +
Tap the menu (ยทยทยท) on any Glaze card and select "Report." Describe the issue and submit. You can also block users from their profile. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Is my data private? +
Yes. GlazeTrain does not sell or share your personal data with advertisers. When Glazes are checked for positivity, only the text of the compliment is sent to a third-party service โ no usernames, emails, or personal information is included. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
