This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and NorseHorse ("Developer"), not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for GlazeTrain ("App") and its content.
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GlazeTrain on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree to zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content. The Developer reserves the right to remove content and ban users who violate the Community Guidelines.
You acknowledge that content you submit may be processed by third-party AI services for content moderation purposes.
The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for GlazeTrain. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS."
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to GlazeTrain, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection laws.
The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claims.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using GlazeTrain.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple shall have the right to enforce this Agreement against you.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
